Our school has built up a positive working relationship with Sennen Education over the past number of years. Jen has a good understanding of our requirements and has placed reliable, hardworking and well-trained staff in our school, on a term-by-term basis. This flexibility allows us to manage budgets effectively whilst ensuring our children’s needs are met. Occasionally needing staff at short notice, Jen will be able to provide the right supply cover for our school. The staff that come are really high quality, and in terms of their knowledge, ability and understanding of children with SEND, which is why we return to the agency repeatedly.

I contacted SENNEN as we were having difficulties in filling a challenging post within school. We needed support for two children, one with a high level of SEMH need and another with social communication difficulties. We had contacted some other agencies at the same time but we struggled to get staff on a long time basis. We were open about the level of challenge the role would bring and the difficulties the children were experiencing when they were dysregulated. Jen at SENNEN was brilliant, we felt she took the time to talk to us as a school about the individual children and understood the difficulties the children were experiencing. Jen was then able to provide us with several staff profiles and worked with us to select the best people for the role. Jen continues to regularly check in with school once the staff were in place to ensure the placement is going okay. We would definitely use SENNEN again.
